Här kommer några av de punkter som kommer att beröra oss alla under hösten.

• Fasadgruppen börjar nu tillsammans med våra projektledare, att arbeta med offertunderlaget för renoverinsarbetet. Fortfarande tyder allt på att arbetat ska kunna påbörjas senast våren 2028 och vara klart samma år. Under hösten kommer informationsmöten att hållas, där vi berättar om dagsläget, och den juridiska processen.

• Cykelrummen kommer att rensas på bort- och kvarglömda cyklar. Rensningen kommer att aviseras i god tid, med instruktioner hur du markerar att din cykel används. Detta kommer att gälla i samtliga cykelrum samt utomhus.

• OVK (Obligatorisk ventilationskontroll) kommer att ske under hösten. Datum kommer att aviseras i god tid innan, och det är viktigt att vi får tillträde till samtliga lägenheter. Om du inte är hemma den tid du får aviserad, kommer det att finnas instruktioner om hur du sätter ditt lås i serviceläge.

• Stämman beslutade att styrelsen ska titta på möjligheterna att sätta upp bättre cykelställ.  Det arbetet är påbörjat, men visar sig vara lite krångligare än befarat, eftersom fästanordningarna kan behöv sitta så djupt, att de går igenom taket till garaget. 

• Hissarna justeras under den kommande månaden, för att kompensera för sättningar i huset (helt naturligt). Det innebär kortare avbrott, men vi hoppas att alla kan ha tålamod med det. Åtgärden är nödvändigt för att hålla hissarna så problemfria som möjligt.

Here are some of the points that will affect us all this autumn. 

• The porject team for the facade work, together with our project managers, is now beginning work on the tender documentation for the renovation project. All indications suggest that the work will commence no later than the spring of 2028 and be completed within the same year. Information meetings will be held during the autumn to provide updates on the current status and the legal process. 
• The bicycle storage rooms will be cleared of abandoned and forgotten bicycles. This cleanup will be announced well in advance, including instructions on how to mark your bike as being in use. This applies to all bicycle storage rooms as well as outdoor areas. 
• Mandatory ventilation inspections (OVK) will take place this autumn. Dates will be announced well in advance, and it is essential that we gain access to all apartments. If you are not at home at the scheduled time, instructions will be provided on how to set your lock to service mode. 
• The General Meeting (stämman) decided that the Board should investigate the possibility of installing better bicycle racks. Work has begun but is proving more complicated than anticipated, as the mounting fixtures may need to be anchored so deeply that they penetrate the garage ceiling. 
• The elevators will be adjusted over the coming month to compensate for building settlement (a completely natural occurrence). This will result in brief service interruptions, but we hope for everyone's patience. This measure is necessary to keep the elevators running as smoothly as possible.
