Föreningen har tecknat nytt försäkringsavtal med Brandkontoret, som kommer att gälla från 1 december 2023.

Orsaken är vårt tidigare bolag höjt premien, och att vi kunnat få samma tjänst från Brandkontoret utan att behöv betala mer.

För alla boende innebär det att bostadstillägget som hos BRF Essinge Port INGÅTT i föreningens försäkring tidigare, flyttas till Brandsäkra. Det blir alltså inga förändringar, mer än att dessa från 1 december ligger i vårt nya bolag. 

Självriskerna är desamma, och vi hoppas också på fortsatt god service.

OBSERVERA att det alltså INTE är en komplett hemförsäkringen, utan enbart detta tillägg.

Samtliga medlemmar måste även i fortsättningen ha egen hemförsäkring.

BRF Essinge Port has signed a new insurance agreement with Brandkontoret, which will apply from the 1st of December 2023.
The reason is that our previous company raised the premium, and that we were able to get the 
same service from Brandkontoret for the same cost.

For all residents, this means that the supplementary insurance that is required, called Housing 
Supplement (In Swedish “Bostadsrättstillägg”), will be handeled by Brandkontoret.
The deductibles are the same, and we also hope for continued good service.

NOTE that you still must have the full protection of your condominium. Check your situation with your 
insurance company.
