Företaget Cykelåtervinning AB har anlitats av föreningen för att rensa i cykel- och barnvagsnförråden.
Dett berör bara cyklar, inte barnvagner, pulkor eller liknande.

Följande gäller;

- Märk din cykel med rosa märkning. (Märkningslapparna finns vid brevlådorna) Om du märkte din cykel förra gången, räknas inte den märkningen längre.
- Märk även barncyklar i barnvagnsförråden.
- Märk din cykel i ställen utomhus.

Omärka cyklar kommer att forslas bort, och förvaras i sex månader, innan de förverkas.

Detta följer Lag (1938:121) om hittegods, särskilt 4 §, reglerar vad som händer om ingen ägare ger sig till känna efter viss tid.

The company Cykelåtervinning AB has been engaged by BRF Essinge Port to clear out the bicycle storage rooms and stroller storage rooms.

This applies only to bicycles, not to strollers, sleds, or similar items.

Please note the following:

• Label your bicycle with a pink identification tag. (The tags are available by the mailboxes.) If you labeled your bicycle during the previous inspection, that label is no longer valid.
• Please also label children's bicycles stored in the stroller storage rooms.
• Label your bicycle if it is parked in the outdoor bicycle racks as well.

Unlabeled bicycles will be removed and stored for six months, after which ownership will be forfeited if no owner comes forward.

This procedure follows the provisions of the Swedish Lost Property Act (1938:121), in particular Section 4, which regulates what happens when no owner claims the property within the prescribed period.
